1. Who This Page Is For

This page explains how users of ShiftsGo and ShiftsGo Staff can request deletion of personal data associated with their account or app usage.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, email [email protected] with enough information for us to identify your account and workspace.

  • Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Include your full name and email address used with ShiftsGo
  • Include your company or workspace name if known
  • If you use ShiftsGo Staff, mention that the request relates to the mobile app

3. What May Be Deleted

  • Account and profile information associated with the requesting user
  • Device identifiers, notification tokens, and app registration records where no longer needed
  • Personal data that is not required for active service delivery, audit, security, billing, legal, or customer operational retention requirements

4. Data That May Need to Be Retained

ShiftsGo is used by companies for workforce attendance, patrol verification, incident reporting, and operational evidence. Some records may be controlled by the employer, contractor, customer, or workspace administrator rather than by the individual user alone.

  • Shift attendance records, patrol records, incident reports, checkpoint records, evidence files, and audit logs may be retained where required for business, legal, safety, dispute, compliance, or customer contract purposes
  • Backup copies may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten or removed through normal retention processes
  • Where we cannot delete a record immediately, we will explain the reason where legally permitted

5. Processing Time

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification, workspace authorization, and applicable legal requirements.
