Verified Agency Dossier
An agency dossier is a public page that shows how reliably a security agency covers its shifts, computed every night by ShiftsGo from clock-ins, patrols and logs captured at the post. The agency can share it; it cannot edit it.

For agencies
Agencies that run their shifts on ShiftsGo can publish a dossier and share one link in proposals, bids and renewals. The agency decides whether it is published and whether it is discoverable.
Tiers follow a published rule: monthly operations credits and shift fulfillment, both at or above the thresholds, in each of the required consecutive months.
| Tier | Credits per month | Fulfillment | Consecutive months |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emerging | 2,000+ | 75%+ | 1 |
| Verified | 5,000+ | 90%+ | 3 |
| Veteran | 10,000+ | 97.5%+ | 3 |
| Elite | 25,000+ | 99.0%+ | 3 |
| Vanguard | 50,000+ | 99.5%+ | 3 |
Every dossier carries these four statements.
Unlisted is not confidential: anyone with the link can open it.
By default a dossier is unlisted. It is shared by link; search engines and AI assistants are asked not to index it, and known crawlers are refused.
The agency can choose to make its dossier discoverable. Search engines and AI search tools may then index it, so buyers searching for the agency by name can find it. The agency can switch this back off at any time; removal from search results can take days or weeks.
Known model-training crawlers are refused or opted out on every dossier, discoverable or not.
Anyone the agency shares the link with. Unlisted is not confidential: anyone with the link can open it. Search engines and AI search tools only index a dossier the agency has made discoverable.
No. The agency can publish or unpublish its dossier and choose whether it is discoverable; it cannot edit a figure. The figures are computed by ShiftsGo from the operational records it stores.
Every night. Each dossier shows when its figures were last computed.
Enter the Agency ID printed on the dossier on the verify page. It shows whether the dossier is published, the live ledger hash and the headline figures it stands for. A copy whose figures differ is not the live snapshot.
No. A tier states that the agency met published thresholds for monthly operations credits and shift fulfillment in its ShiftsGo records for the required consecutive months. It is not a review, a rating or an endorsement by ShiftsGo.
Only if the agency turns on discoverability. If it later turns it off, search engines are asked to drop the page, which can take days or weeks. Known model-training crawlers are refused or opted out either way.
Not with ShiftsGo’s consent, and the major providers are asked not to. ShiftsGo refuses known training crawlers on every dossier, and asks Google and Apple not to use dossier pages for training through the control each publishes (Google-Extended and Applebot-Extended), and asks Microsoft through Bing’s nocache to limit any training use to the page’s address, title and snippet. These are requests the companies say they honour, not something ShiftsGo enforces, and an unknown crawler that ignores robots rules is not stopped by them. Google states that its control does not affect inclusion in Google Search and also governs grounding in its Gemini apps, so a discoverable dossier can appear in Google Search while Google says it will not use it for grounding in Gemini apps. Apple states that Applebot-Extended controls training use only, so Siri and Spotlight search are unaffected.
