This Cookie Policy explains how ShiftsGo Inc. ("ShiftsGo", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on shiftsgo.com, shiftsgo.ca, and the public pages that link to this policy. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Authenticated ShiftsGo products may use strictly necessary session and security technologies to deliver the service you request; those are described in the product and privacy materials that apply to your account.
Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDKs. They can be used to remember a choice, keep a service secure, or measure website activity.
Analytics is optional. We do not load Google Analytics or send its website measurement events unless you select “Accept analytics.” Selecting “Reject analytics” does not limit access to the public website. You may change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer or the button on this page. Withdrawing consent prevents future analytics loading; it does not retroactively erase information already processed. We keep a pseudonymous consent receipt containing a random browser identifier, your selection time, our server receipt time, your choice, the policy version, the policy URL, and an immutable copy and cryptographic hash of the notice shown. We keep that receipt for 25 months from your selection and then automatically delete it. We do not store your IP address or full user-agent in that receipt. You may also delete or block cookies through your browser, although browser controls may not remove all local-storage preferences.
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure public-website use. Google may process information collected through the service in accordance with its own privacy terms. Google Analytics cookies are optional and are not set until you opt in through our banner. For more information, see Google’s policy linked below.
Where you sign in to the ShiftsGo platform, we may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, account security, load balancing, fraud prevention, and session continuity. These are necessary to provide the service you request and cannot be switched off through the public-site analytics setting. Blocking them in your browser may prevent sign-in or core product features from working.
